SIM Editor is primarily developed by Smartjac. The user interface is built with Livecode, while some executable files used for checksum calculations, OPc, eKi, and other functions are written in C and Python (both 2.x and 3.x). For sending APDU commands to the SIM card, we use GPShell as the APDU engine – this is the only component that is not proprietary.
